When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 — that is 2 months free (about 17% off). The subscription renews annually and you can cancel any time before renewal.
All displayed prices exclude VAT (15%). VAT is added at checkout, and a compliant tax invoice is issued for all business plans.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Your remaining credits carry over to the new plan.
